Happy Back to School to the REAL Kids at the Boys and Girls Club

The #REAL Program is getting ready to work with the kids at the Boys and Girls Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 from September 23-November 25. You will see some of the same faces this semester and you will meet some new friends. Jay Keshavan has returned to the University of Maine in Farmington where he is majoring in computer science. Ashley Stiles, after 3 years of volunteering with us, is starting her college career at Emmanuel College in Boston to become a #REAL teacher even though we think she already is a #REAL teacher. Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Lemelin, Sophia Kennedy and I are all excited to return this fall. New helpers will be joining us this season from Swampscott High School, Lynn English High School and St. Mary’s School. We have new books, new ideas and we know you will have a great season!

See you #REAL Soon!

Jan

PS.

Please join us for our first fundraiser on October 25th called A #REAL NIGHT OUT from 6:00-10:00 pm at

Glen Urquhart School in Beverly featuring music from the Pocket Change Trio, food from Kelly’s Roast Beef, and Master of Ceremonies, #DON KELLEY.
